1. Any return or refund will only be allowed to be made within 7 days from the day you receive the order. Any return or refund requests after the 7 day period is over will not be entertained.

 

2. We only accept requests for return or refund if the problem persisted is under our error, for example, manufacturing defects, any alteration including incorrect size, incorrect design placement, incorrect color printed from what both parties agreed before production phase starts will be eligible to request for a return or refund.

3. Please make sure the items that you wish to return or refund are unused (unworn, unwashed and undamaged). If the items are used, we will not provide any form of return or refund.  

 

4. All return and refund requests will go through an evaluation process and NgamNgam Apparel reserves all rights to accept or reject the request. 

 

Shipping

Shipping costs for returning your items will be borne solely by the customer. We are not liable for any defection or missing parcel during the process of delivery. Items will only be sent out after we have received the shipping fees. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
